These terms govern the use of Zono, a platform of Rawad, by business clients and content creators in Saudi Arabia. Rawad is the company you contract with.

1. Platform role & services
Zono is a Saudi marketplace connecting businesses with independent content creators for fixed-scope services (photography, design, video, 3D, models and talent, voice-over, writing, AI content, social media management, influencer campaigns, music production, and software development). Every order follows the catalog specification and the agreed brief.
2. Orders, acceptance & delivery
Clients provide a complete brief before work begins, and creators respond within 24 hours and deliver according to the acceptance criteria and turnaround time. All messages and delivery versions are recorded on the order.
3. Usage rights & intellectual property
Usage rights (channels, duration, region, and exclusivity) are defined on each order and stated on the invoice. Agreed usage rights transfer to the client once the final delivery is approved and paid.
4. Regulatory compliance
Creators offering influencer posting must hold a valid Mawthooq licence and disclose sponsored content in accordance with Saudi media regulations and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
